Talvez sim,
talvez não... é como tudo, depende de cada um.
Então vamos lá
analisar isto...
Geralmente as
Passo a
explicar...
"A essência
Percebermos
relação a determinado acontecimento.
No fundo acaba
Sejam felizes :)
___
I really believe
that emotions are the best in life...
In my humble
opinion are even what most characterizes the human being and is therefore the
subject which I have further developed over my academic career.
How often we
think that life would be much easier like this ...
Really???
Maybe, maybe not
... It's like everything in life, is up to each one.
So lets analyze
this ...
Generally
emotions are confused or treated as synonyms of feelings. But this isn`t true,
because there are differences between them.
Let me explain ...
"The
essence of emotion is a collection of changes in the state of the body that are
induced in a infinity of organs through the terminations of the nerve cells
under control of a dedicated brain system, which responds to the content of the
thoughts related to a particular entity or event. Many of the body changes are
perceived to an outside observer (skin color, body posture and facial
expression). Others will only be perceived by the owner" (Damasio, 1995).
That is, an
emotion is a set of chemical and neural responses to an external stimulus, is
therefore very important since the beginning of the world, as they help the
survival of any kind.
On the other
hand, feelings are like an evolution of emotions and exclusive of human beings.
Are the internal perception of each one over their body and its association
with certain thoughts, ideas and predetermined judgments. Feelings turn out to
be a kind of conscious analysis of the emotions, which being unconscious
sometimes don`t even correspond to the truth.
Let us think of
an example... the first reaction to danger is fear, which is an emotion, which
is itself unconscious. It is only after the awareness of what is happening that
appears the "I'm scared" or "I'm terrified", taking now the
form of feeling.
So we realize
with all of this that can be possible each one of us have their on/off,
shaped to ourselves, by ourselves and for ourselves. Just being aware of
ourselves, knowing ourselves as much as possible and get our feelings shaped
about a certain event.
After all,
emotions and feelings are constantly interacting with each other, so in the
same way that emotions generate feelings also a negative feeling can lead to
other negative emotions... becoming a vicious cycle that can only be
interrupted by ourselves.
And how can I do
this?
Saying like this seems all so easy and in reality it isn`t?
Usually
when someone says that would like that there was a button to turn off the
emotions, that person is suffering. There is something disturbing and no matter
how hard he tries he can`t change it.
Deep down turns
out to be summarized to something very simple...
Perspective!
The way we look
at what we are facing may not be the most correct... and that may bring with it
an improper suffering.
And if we try to
turn the "cube" to see what is happening on the other side?
Will I see
exactly what I was viewing before, or the image will be completely different?
If I try ... I
might have an answer :)
Let us build
little by little our switch ...
